Rachel W. Adams Recognized as Forty Under 40 Honoree by Virginia Business

Congratulations to attorney Rachel W. Adams has been selected by Virginia Business as a 2025 Forty Under 40 Honoree. Those recognized have been selected based on their demonstrated significant professional accomplishments within specific categories, in addition to their strong civil commitment and inspiration for change.

Forty Under 40Rachel is a partner in the firm’s Civil Litigation practice, representing clients in an array of industries in administrative law disputes, constitutional officer actions, shareholder derivative suits, wrongful death actions, and premises liability actions. She has assumed primary drafting responsibility for dispositive motions in state and federal courts, taken and defended depositions, and handled all assets of trial work. Rachel serves as CLE Committee Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the VBA and is a member of the RBA’s Administration of Justice Committee. Rachel is routinely named to Virginia Business Magazine’s “Legal Elite” list, profiled as a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star, and selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© “Ones to Watch”. She was recently named as the 2025 Volunteer of the Year with the Richmond chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for her dedicated efforts to the organization.
