The top-ranking businesses in each category will be revealed at the Top Workplaces awards event on May 7 and the Times-Dispatch will publish a special section profiling the winners on May 11.
ThompsonMcMullan is excited to share that we have been selected as a Top Workplace by the Richmond Times Dispatch for the sixth consecutive year, a process that spotlights the region’s most outstanding employers based on employee feedback.
This year, a total of 1,653 companies, nonprofits, and government divisions were invited to participate and 42,590 employees were surveyed across 119 entities, with 22,702 responses submitted. Of the participating companies, 91 qualified as a Top Workplace as a result of responses on numerous issues such as training opportunities, benefits, and work-life balance.
