Real estate attorney Adam R. Nelson has been invited to present at the April 8th meeting of the Richmond Property Owners Association (RPOA). Titled “Landlord-Tenant Law Updates”, Adam’s presentation will discuss legislative updates from 2023, 2024, and 2025 and their implications on leases and tenants’ rights.
RPOA consists of members who own properties ranging from residential houses to 50-unit+ apartment complexes, in addition to investors, managers, developers, and product and service companies related to property ownership. Membership meetings, think tanks, luncheons, and more are hosted on a regular basis to help members with the daily challenges of real estate rentals through education.
