Civil litigation associates Peter S. Askin and Timothy A. Richard have been invited to present a CLE as part of this year’s Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys (VADA) Spring Sections Seminar. Titled Take the Expressway: Appealing Interlocutory Decisions Before a Final Order, this session will cover the options available to government and public institution defendants to appeal interlocutory circuit court decisions before a final order, with a special focus on the recent amendments to Virginia Code 8.01-670.2, which permits expedited appeals for government immunity decisions.
